I have become an expert at that.. I get constant non stop interruptions at my work, so I have no choice but to switch it up and deal with the newest crisis...
I would love to get something done though..

I can go from ear lobs to neck and mouth to chest to belly and back to ears in no time flat and not skip a beat, and then if she wants a message go right into that too

I think I need some transmisson fluid,things are getting rather sticky lately it's not working on automatic like it used to.

i find it easier to take off in second gear,then its cruise control :))along with the high beams on

It can be easy for me I think I have minor A.D.D. But when I have something scheduled I hate changing it.
