someone said it was okay unless he played past 10 P.M. Some times he plays four in the morning and other times he plays till midnight

he is a little bit slow (mentally). and whenever we say something to him he starts running towards us drunk. and the he hits on me which is SUPER gross

i used to live next door to some people who were in a band.....it wouldn't of been quite as bad but their type of music sucked!!!! i am not even sure what the heck it was but i can honestly say they were not very good at all!!!!!! we finally got tired of it so we moved out into the country!!!!!

I had a neighbor that would play her violin for hours without stopping...in the middle of the night. It was like she was obsessed with playing it. I beat my fists against the wall and she would stop, but still, people are trying to sleep!! I hate inconsiderate neighbors.

I like guitars... The singing however would make a diff... Can't say that I have any neighbors like that right now. Did once- he was really good.

If he plays well, I say: rock on!!! I would like to have a neighbor that jams!!! I always have the radio on, but it would be refreshing to hear something different!

We have neighbors that play their music really loud. It's gone on til 4AM some mornings.

ask him to turn it down, it is his right to play his guitar, but it is not his right to force you to listen. if asking him to reduce the volume doesn't work, call the police, most places have a noise ordnance, it may take several call to the PD to get it done, but eventually they will give a citation and charge him.
as for the neighbors dogs, ask him to keep them in his yard, then call animal control, and keep calling everytime they poop in your yard.

Guess I'm one of those annoying neighbors...can't say anyone's called the police on me yet! I guess it sounds palatable enough then.
