They're quite long or mid-length or even to your hips. They've like almsot all got big buttons donw the front & a belt round the middle & theyr'e made of a funny kind of material I aint sure what its name is, but its nice. They're mostly in Black ( most people have this), Dogtooth ( the one with the black & white square things, see if everywhere) or in like spotted animal print, like a Cheetah, or is it leopard!! But some of the jackets are in a mustard colour, very hot right now ( hey like english mustard)!!!
But then you have your normal winter coats, found in most shops & they're quite puffy, in a snowman style or like a material like the other jackets!!!
I can find the jackets I first described in topshop, river island, New look, H&M, Primark, Bay, Dortohy Perkins Matalan, Asda, Tesco just about everywhere right now!!! But the nicest ones are in DP's, Topshop or primark!!!

you wont look a fool as no one cares because its personal choice as to what to wear the military style is still in as are parker coats but make it a warm one cos its freezing here

depends on your age but for teens puffer padded jackets (short) are very in these can be bought from places like primark and also barbar jackets are aslo in these can be bought from any ladies boutiques or you can go to river island there coats are in fashion aswell.....but make sure it suits you dont buy it just because everyone has seem to have got them gd luck hope this helped and merry xmas xxx

Here in England it is quite chilly. The "in" thing is white or beige coats with fur hoods and . Oh i dunno. Everyone here is wearing what they want. It doesnt really matter now but. if you insist it is military form and somethingg very sophisticated. Since I do not know your age I cant really tell you whats in and whats not.

Try looking at the websites of UK shops - www.asos.co.uk (or it might be .com) will give you a good idea if you want to be up-to-date on the fashion when you get back. However, you could be unique and just have your own style!

they're heavy 3/4 and full length with big buttons down the front. Alot of black and red and really popular is a kind of black and white check
