I bought a Rush DVD. It is NTSC. Amazon says it won't play on most American DVD's...Rush customer service say's it will play on most DVD's. I Have the computer above...Who is right?

Not sure what you are asking here, but:

In a computer, the electronics of the DVD player convert the data into a computer signal that is not NTSC compatible without a hardware converter.

For a DVD player connect to a TV, the electronics of the DVD player convert the data into a computer signal that is not "computer" compatible without a hardware converter.

all media players sold in America should be NTSC ready.

Europe is PAL ready.
