Login with an administrator id (probably administrator, but have seen it renamed to other things on other machines). Right-click My Computer and select Manage. Go to Local Users and Groups select Users and delete the ones you do not want. Do NOT delete Administrator! You can also disable accounts if you want to make sure it is not being used by anything on the system.

If you can't get into the computer because you don't have the Administrator password, you should contact the person you bought it from. If they do not have the password, you may have a stolen computer. You can either contact the police, return to the person you bought it from or buy a copy of windows XP and do a clean install -- which will wipe out everything, including passwords, ids and files.

I know of some people who claim success with hacking the password file while using Linux. You will need a Knoppix CD. Or you can remove the hard drive, put it in an enclosure and attach it to a Linux machine.

Open IE browser. Go to TOOLS, Internet Options, Content, Click on Auto Complete. Clear forms and passwords.

This should do it.

When the computer is booting up, press F8 to start it in safe mode. Once in safe mode you can log on as administrator and delete the other accounts.

Or...you can reformat the computer.
