what are some symptoms of a burn cpu?

my laptop just turns on nothing happens and i have to shut it off manual ley i get no beeps or nothing

Could be a number of things, faulty mainboard, hard disk, RAM, problem with the boot record or boot sector on the hard disk. Take it to a service shop and get an estimate.

Might be a low battery. But if plugged in and still nothing, I know a good mortuary company.
