what are your favorite holiday traditions?

I like to go to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. Then we would all go to my Great-Aunt's house for a buffet. The whole family would be there. Christmas morning was just the family & then the extended family would come over for dinner. We would play games & sing carols. So much fun!

Decorate a Christmas tree. Hang up stockings (but we never put anything in them until Christmas Eve, so nobody peeks to see what they got =)
Go Christmas shopping (this is the worst Christmas tradition. Long lines at every store...)
Christmas Eve: Wake up... Open presents... Clean up mess from wrapping paper all over floor... Stay up late eating and talking, just having fun.
Christmas is so much fun! Merry Christmas!

Sounds awful, I guess...but my favourite Christmas traditions revolve around food. Eating things that you only get once a year. I started my own Christmas baking traditions, and am careful not to make any of the goodies throughout the year...so they are special for Christmas.
