If this is for the UK then there are several agencies he can try. The two main ones are Freshwave and Suntown Studios. Im not sure on the website address but Im sure he can find these by doing a search.
Alternatively he can apply directly via one of the sites themselves (this is probably better as agencies tend to take a cut whereas a site will pay him direct).
A few sites he can try which are good are www.freshboys.co.uk, www.clublads.com, www.englishlads.com or www.planetlads.com. They all have application forms on the sites, which he can fill in and submit.

There's no such thing as gay modeling. There are lots of modeling agencies...many many many of them are rip offs who will try to sell you classes and other trash.
To get signed up with a legitimate agency you need to have some head shots made. Get a good photographer to shoot them for you and then start doing the leg work. Just like searching for a job you have to go to agencies and hope to get an interview. Take your photos (8x10's) with you and be prepared to get turned down a lot at first.

why limit your self just to gay modeling .. i would go where i could find work.. that is unless it is the gay porn your talking about..any way is not the whole idea of modeling to be seen in a much magazines as you can..and while your doing the modeling you can ask around and see if anyone know how to get into the field that you really want to get into

Why not just apply to a modeling agency period....why limit yourself.. some male models are gay anyway..Good Luck and don't limit yourself.

stunning :3. anyhow. initiate speaking pictures of your self. try posting them to dailybooth/Twitter/facebook/all that stuff. Get said and basically see if human beings on the information superhighway like your photos. if that would not exercising recurring. basically test for modeling instructions or some thing. There are a lot of ads in the back gay magazines that you can contact. If you look good to them, they might bring you in for a photo shoot
