I would try Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, or any other Outlook higher then that. It does e-mails, notes, reminders, calendar and much more. It's included with Office which also comes with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and the others. I will admit though there will be a price to pay if you have to buy Office, but that's usually what most people use now a days is Outlook 2000, or 2002 or as least most of our clients use it.

ACT! from Symantec is the undisputed king of all software applications for managing business contacts, scheduling and tracking activities, maintaining histories, contact lists, etc. It's been around for years, but it's pricey.

Major sales organizations around the world rely on ACT! Once you've set up your databases within it, maintaining it becomes second nature. All of your notes, etc. are readily available to you.

Some of the features include auto-dialing from your contact list, email capability directly from your database, faxing, etc.

Highly recommended!

well if you get a PDA phone like my Sprint PPC 6700, you can program it to remind and ring you of appointments. I just found out to and then on the computer you get a reminder window too.
