I have been on YA for about 3 or 4 months & would like to know what kinds of music and/or talk radio/sports everyone from around the world listens to.

I like to listen to the radio on my way to work. The station depends on my mood. I like 104.9 The Peak a lot. They play a lot of 80's tunes. I live in NorthEast TN.

I usually listen to CDs. Every station in my area has djs talking continuously in the morning . It drives me nuts. Most of them act so childish and immature. I can't believe some people actually like it. Before I had a CD player in my car, I would search frantically for any song..even if it is music that i didn't like. I am from US and although I listen to a lot of different types of music, my favoritie is alternative and new from the 1980s.

It only takes me about a minute and a half to get to work, so it's not worth even turning it on. Now, when I go to the next town to shop, or any long trip, I have it on and I listen to an oldies station because those are the songs I grew up with.

I channel surf for good music and if I don't find any I turn on the Ipod. I do enjoy the morning shows on many of my local stations including 93.3 the planet featuring the rise guys out of greenville, sc and also Ace and Tj on Kiss 95.1 in Charlotte NC.

u should see the way i listen to the radio!!!
as a matter of fact i dont ! :) i mean i dont give myself a chance to listen to anything i keep changing the channels and if i forgot to change the channel i feel like "WHAT??" what am i still doing? and i go again :) this is how it happens all the time, i keep doing that in order not to miss a song :P and when i catch a nice song im like "pheeewww finally, now i can relax! :P"

Drive to work: Either Bob and Tom comedy show, or Mike and Mke on ESPN radio.
Drive home: Afternoon drive - Rush Limbaugh or Dr. Den Edel.
If I'm driving very late at night Coast to Coast AM with George Norry.

My favorite radio station is 96.5 it's a mixed rock station. That's my favorite station. I Listen to it during the day.

It depends on my mood... in NJ used to listen to Tom Joyner in the morning 96.1... but now I have a Sirius satellite radio so I just listen to that and my fave station on there is Hot Jamz :)
