Maybe. The companies have already started outsourcing to India. Bangalored has become a term that has found its way into the oxford dictionary. And we can't forget china. They're slowly overcoming their language barrior by learning to speak intelligible English. In these two countries alone there is a technological force to be reckoned with. In fact I think by 2020, India may be a super power.
