As long as the South Indian film industry is based in its capital city of Chennai, and as long as more and more multinationsl IT firms keep on setting-up offices in all its major cities, the real estate business in the state of Tamil Nadu, India, will remain 'good' !

I dont see any fall for the next 2 to 3 years in either Tamil Nadu, Kerala or Karnataka as lots of FII's are coming to India and especially South India. We are builders in Chennai/Bangalore and Kochi.
