Im 13 and my mum isn't a big supporter on bf's at this age but at this age all 12-13's start developing feelings for the opposite gender. I recently got asked out but i had to say no in fear if my mother found out , how can i explain something like this to her? Ive had 1 experience so far and i had to dump him because of my fear , Help!

Introduce him as a good friend! we can have friends of opposite sex too right? I think parents view the guys with less suspicion if we let them know we are friends...once that part is taken care of....she will gradually warm up to the idea that her young teen daughter can be safe with him and then dating shouldn't be a problem really...I don't want to give too much adult advice so won't comment about right age and all...but do have friends! you have a long way to go.

Hello Stelle, being 13 is the roughest patch in your lifetime. If you really truly love and care for this guy, then you need to explain to your mother that you are old enough to make your own decisions. If you make a bad decision, tell her that you will suffer the consequences and live with your mistake. I remember when I was 13 and all these feelings started kicking in. It's normal, and I suggest giving the guy a chance. Explain nicely to your mother that you are older now, and you are mature enough to live with the decision you make. hi girl ! same here.i'm 11 and i have a big crush on a dude who likes me too.my mom dosen't approve of all this either.u go and talk to her calmly and wait and be patient for her answer.tell her u'll not cross limits , etc........
