Try the telephone company where you are.I have one it's called the "candlestick".I only use it in my bedroom-you need both hands to use it.,and it has an old rotary dial.I find it a nusance but it is pretty.It's a reproduction of the original type.You see them for sale on ebay once in a while too.Mine was a gift and came from our local phone service provider.Be careful -if your grandmother is elderly or has trouble with her hands it could be something she might not need.
