Lets say a 60 year old man , lost his father, mother , aunts uncle due to old age , and then his partner dies? Can he die from lonelyness/broken heart?

Technically no. Depression is only mental not physical. But when his mental depression gets worse he would likely to commit suicide. Depression cannot do any harm. Sometimes humans have 2 choices: To remain in solitude or seek companionship from others.
