You can't make it start earlier. Try some exercising like swimming or a long walk or a run. A relaxing bath after, hot water bottle on the tummy or small of your back. A couple of paracetamol and either a hot chocolate or a hot toddie before you go to bed. This should help short term but it does sound if this is a regular thing with you, that you should see your quack.

Unfortunately you cant, but I know of some women who decide to take the contraceptive pill to reduce painfull periods which may also work for PMT also......although it wont help for this month maybe talk to your doctor for advice for the future to make things a bit more comfortable.

uh... are you serious? - your kidding right?
the only way you can time your periods is by taking the contraceptive pill. and if your periods are as bad as you reckon them to be - your gp may even put you on the pill as it can help with hormonal imbalance and severe PMS.
I know how u feel hun, I get the WORST PMS.... but the best thing you can do is to take it easy.

There's only one way to manipulate your period, and that is with the pill. If you are not on the pill, unfortunately it will come when it's good and ready.

You can't mess with mother nature. You're period will come when your body says its time for it. Keep stressing it, & you're period will end up later then what you expect it.

there's no set age that everybody starts in spite of the shown fact that it quite is unlucky in case you get it once you're 10. i think of the suitable age is around 14 (socially) bodily any age between 9-sixteen is fantastic :)

Try having some really good sex. The contractions during orgasm can make you start bleeding. They're usually more intense right before your menses, so cash in. This usually works for me. Hope it works for you too.

unfortunatly life doea not work like that. let mother nature takes it course. you will get your period when your body time clock tells you when to start your period and when you stop. it also tell s you when you hungry, sleepy, etc,etc...

Have sex, sometimes it will come earlier if you are having sex near your period but use birth control. You might get pregnant.
