Like everyone else said....rubbing alcohol works really well even on permanent marker. If you don't have that, try a baby wipe, or those little wet-naps you get from restaurants.

Ink won't stay on your skin forever. Try using an abrasive soap (the kind with sugar crystals...bath and body works). Wash your hands with that several times. Other wise, just wait. Even permanent ink like sharpie will come off after a matter of days. Your skin cells are constantly recreating itself, so the skin cells with ink on them will come of soon. I hope this helps!

I'm a nurse and frequently write temporarily notes on my hand. Paper doesnt matter when a life is in the balance right? Rubbing alcohol works great but hurts like hell if your skin is overly dry or broken. some lotion and hand sanitizers will to but need to rub your hands more.
