According to the latest polls, Bush has a popularity rating of about 34%. To put it another way, 34 people out of 100 are still stupid enough to agree with what he says and does. Let's see what the numbers are in the next poll now that he's called for more troops to go fight his little unwinnable war in Iraq. Do I hear 29% or lower anyone? As his stupidity shows through more and more, his popularity ratings fall - at this rate, by the time he leaves office, he'll be down around 1% or even into negative numbers.

I do too. Those that just dismiss him aren't listening to what he's saying. They just focus on the stammering. I admit that I don't like that either, but I realized that there is so much classified material that he looks at every day and needs to keep certain things secret. Additionally, he can't take back anything he says. He's on the record all the time.

People also seem to forget that Clinton was the same way when he was even attempting to answer the question that was asked. The only answers that he gave with any kind of precision were rehearsed and soft-ball questions that he had in advance.

I cannot think of one reason why I would like him, so I would have to say that I do not!

Contrary to the other answer, Bush's latest approval rating is in the mid-30s. it has stayed that way for 2 months now. there are people out there who are too ignorant to see what he is doing to our country, and accept everything he tells us and follows that. he did say you are either with us or against us, and if you are against us, you are un-american. also, the conservative Christians love him and will support him no matter what.

I think the only people that still like him are his family and a few hard core right wing conservative Christians. The military HAS to like him, they dare not speak out for fear of reprisal. The rest of the people who still claim to like Bush refuse to say otherwise out of pride. Let's face it he's tearing our country apart and making us the most hated country in the world.
