I would go with A Day Without a Mexican as the best movie this year; that or Thank You for Smoking. Both were extremely funny and yet very intelligent. For the worst I'd go with Final Destination 3. The first one definitely needed polishing, and I loved the second one (thought it was funny after a while); but the third one was just gross. And yet, it wasn't scary in any kind of way either. It took all the bad parts of a horror movie and none of the good.

Best: Departed

Worst, definitely Miami Vice (3 hours of my life wasted!)

I dont know what the worst would be but "The Departed" was the best.
