Can I synch my cell phone with my computer?

I have a RAZR cell phone with a built-in camera. Can I upload pictures to my Mac for free? I have to pay if I email them.

Yes, use a USB cable. Alternatively you would be able to Bluetooth them if your PC has Bluetooth.
