I'm an international student and planning to study my undergraduate in the US, I took the SAT a few weeks ago and I wasn't so fast and left so many questions unanswered. today I got my scores online and it's like that
critical reading: 410
math: 480
writing 480 multiple choice 51, essay 6

do you think I can get into a state university with these scores?

does anyone know how to get a combined score, is it 1370 or 1427?

I don't think it will be too difficult. I think that's a pretty high score, actually. I don't know, I didn't take the SAT. I was only required to take the ACT. I did take a PSAT (a practice version) when I was in high school and got a combined score just a little higher than the ones you listed above, and that was considered very high, so my bet is that you are fine, but you would have to check with the school you want to apply to for their requirements.
