no he/she can't because they don't implant uteruses and ovaries and cerivixes and all that. they only change the parts used for sex.

No a transgendered male cannot get pregnant.
In order to get pregnant and carry a child, a person needs a uterus. Sex change operations do not provide a uterus. That would be tanatmount to an organ transplant and some woman would have to donate hers. This will not happen.
In order to get pregnant, an egg released from an ovary has to be fertilized by a sperm. Transgendered people do not get ovaries. Even if a fertilized egg was available, there is no uterus in which it can grow.
The answer is a resounding NO.

No, what actually happens when a man has an operation to make himself a woman is that the penis is basically retracted inside. The head is essentially turned into the clitoris as well.
I put a worded link below but from there you can click the links to the operation pics. I just didn't want to link the operation pictures because they are rather graphic and people report for the stupidest things lol.

There is far too much intricate detail with the female reproductive system, not only the organs themselves but the many hormones and the pituitary activity to regulate them, to recreate it in something else, much less in just as differently intricate of a male reproductive system. Not to mention the difference of DNA and chromosomes. It's like apples and hamburgers, they just aren't the same.

i doubt that they can mainly because the doctors are giving him breast implant and giving him a vagina. but it takes more than that to become pregnant.. you need the ovaries and uterus and all the other inside parts.. if that was the case then they be able to help all the women who cant have kids... now in about 30 or 40 years that may be possible..just think 30 or 40 years ago a sex change was not possible and even unheard off

Nope. Doctors can give the new woman a functional vagina, but they can't manufacture ovaries, eggs, fallopian tubes, a cervix or a womb, all of which are necessary for pregnancy.

No!! when they get a sex change only the external parts are changed. They are not given a uterus, only a vagina. They do not produce eggs and ovulate...so only natural born females with a uterus, fallopian tubes and eggs can get pregnant.

Yes if he was a hermiphadite and had both. Assuming he was more female than male or a female with a male appendage minus the reproductive testicular area.

They get a sex change but the transexual does not get the other equipment (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus) necessary to create a child...isn't that a shame, because transexuals are really trapped in the wrong body, their souls are woman but their bodies are males, with all the fixings of one.
