Is 100ml of ice cream the same of 100grams?, i need some smart people to help me?

OK, so I just ate 300 grams of ice cream, I figured it would be OK cause on the back it said, 140kcal per 100ml, but are grams and ml the same HELP ME

g means grams, a measure of weight.

You could check the package to see how much the total package weighs, and then estimate what percent of the total package you ate.
