OK, so I just ate 300 grams of ice cream, I figured it would be OK cause on the back it said, 140kcal per 100ml, but are grams and ml the same HELP ME

ml means mililiters, a measure of volume.

g means grams, a measure of weight.

You could check the package to see how much the total package weighs, and then estimate what percent of the total package you ate.

No, the ice cream does not have density or specfic gravity of 1. A good rule if it floats in water it is less if it sinks the greater it is, this means less than 1 it will be lighter, greater than 1 the heavier it will be.
