Well it is often hard for men to believe, but women don't actually do everything just to get a reaction from a man. lol. When I do actually wear a low cut shirt or something like that, I wear it because I like my boobs and.......I want to look at them haha, not really. But anyway, just because a girl wears something showy doesn't mean a guy needs to make comments or stair, we understand that people are going to look but good god men, control yourselves.
I was at the mall last night wearing a plain tight fitting shirt and slacks and these 15 year old looking douche bags were saying some of the most inappropriate things walking behind me... I wanted to kick them in the balls to give them all a big and early life lesson.
Oh yeah, and some girls do obviously wear low cut shirts so guys will look, but that doesn't just open the door for inappropriate behavior. Women won't be offended at your looking if you don't make it so obvious and you show them respect; some won't admit it but women just plain like to know they've still 'got it.'

Well, i know that some girls with small chests get little attention from men and women with larger chests get a lot of attention from men. So... if a girls needs some attention, that's really all she needs to do, wear a low cut shirt.
Also, some women are very proud of their chest, and they want to show it off a little, kinda like, if ya got it, flaunt it!

I dont think its that we dont want you to look...every girl gets flattered when she is checked out. But , there is a difference between the men who compliment you by showing their attraction, and the men who are simply perverts. I try to look classy yet a bit provocative when I go out. I expect classy responses not drool.

I know, it seems sorta silly, huh?
I guess the only thing is sometimes it can be annoying if a guy is obnoxious staring at you or makes a lewd remark. It can creep you out!
But we wear tops like that so you guys will look at us that's for sure :)!

Oh come on. We want you to look. If you look and are obnoxious about it, we know you are not the type of guy we want to hang out with, but if you look, like what you see, and are classy about it, we just might be willing to spend a little time with you. Yes, look. Yes we want you to look, and who doesnt want to look women's bodies are beautiful. So, look just dont be a dog about it.

we want you to look at them but not directly stare at them. Ogling guys are gross, but discreetly looking is ok. And girls that complain about guys staring at their boobs when they wear revealing tops are just head f***s.....
