If they work in Harley st London does that make them better qualified and more experienced than those not working in Harley st and are working in clinics in Manchester such as Transform medical group?

Only rich people can afford the ones in Harley Street and they aren't better qualified, but their overheads are higher so they charge more, and rich people go their cos they think the more they spend the better the surgeon and then normal people think, oh we'll go there cos so and so went there and had a great boob job etc and that means the surgeons in Harley Street can charge even more.... see where I'm going with this?

The ones in Harley Street wear suits and have a lovely clean scalpel. The others wear a butcher's apron and have a dirty great meat cleaver. Hope this puts your mind at ease....
