I've been speaking to my spanish speaking customers at my job. They say that I have a nice accent and my Spanish is good. I don't think it is, what are some other ways I can improve it.

Yes all of those are good ways to work on your Spanish. Besides watching tv and radio...you may want to go home with some of your Spanish speaking friends. You can pick up on more familiar conversations and learn more diverse vocabulary. Good luck.

Spanish shows on TV, most definitely. Spanish radio stations too. If you know some people who are fluent in Spanish, practice with them and ask if your pronouncing a word/s correctly and that kind of stuff.

It is a good way...you can also listen to Spanish Radio or watch Spanish television. You can also purchase Rosetta Stone software to help you.

Your doing the right thing. Keep using it wherever you can especially with native speakers. By hearing them speak you'll begin to sound more genuine and fluent. The library usually has tapes, cd's, ect... with language courses to help you develop your skills.
