There are Neck Drip trays available. They are made by the same company that make Ear drip trays for people with chronic wax problems. I use a beer mat myself as my wife only has one hand and has a problem wringing out the cloth afterwards.

you could always ask the doc to surgically make a hole in your neck, that way you could pour the tea directly into your neck and not spill any...

Yes there is a machine..........it called a Vax...........it sucks up stubborn liquids from all manner of things........including lazy gits!!!
