(1) The worst people in my country, USA, are people who have been here long enough to speak some English and / or they speak it but English-speaking people can't understand them because of their foreign accent. (2) The worst thing about our government: Some people get punished for crimes from A-Z, while others are just ignored. Yet, they did the same crimes. I LOVE America, but that's just not judicially right. (3) I wish we had more freedom to put people on death row to death without what seems like 150 appeals. I wish repeat offenders of the same crimes could also be treated the same way (after 3 times, you fry baby!). The judicial system is always crying for more prison and jail space; if they would stop allowing the two groups previously mentioned to take up space in our jails, they'd have more of it.

Freedom from excessive government control is lacked here in the U.S.
But, on the other hand, we are more free here than most countries.

no problem in freedom (not yet anyway), but
1) low civic education
2) short of research and low-tech industrial production (we risk to lose in globalization contest)
3) too much cleavages in political factions, often on null basis
