If you have menstrual cramps, try taking Vitamin E 400 iu 1-2x daily, and calcium-magnesium-zinc pills with each meal, take 2 cal-mag-zn pills per meal on bad days. A good high potency multiple vitamin daily may also help. Ginger root is an excellent remedy for nausea. Midol on cramp days is good for cramps too.

Go to the doctor to find out what's causing the cramps.
If it stoped by and dosen't happen anymore forget about it.
