There are lots of ways to communicate, but it all starts with your belief and letting go of fear (fear is the opposite of love and will block you). Without that you have nothing. Mediatation is a great way (you don't need any props or materials), they may be visiting you in dreams (write them down when you wake, learn to interpret them) and they will send signs that people write off as coincidence (write them down). The spirits have already heard you, it is now up to you to listen to their communication. Listen to your intuition, let go of fear based beliefs and you will be amazed.

The spirit of my choice is Hypnotic. But if there is none available, my next choice is a flavored rum. If you drink enough you will communicate in a lot of ways and later, get lots of zzzzzzz's!

All you really need is to be open to such an experience, sit quietly in a darkened room, and call upon them. Any materials or "props" are there solely to assist the mind or imagination of the operator to conceive that it may be possible for humans to communicate with spirits and vice versa.

Put the crack pipe down and go wash your face. You are kidding, right? Communicate with spirits??? What would you do if you did hook up with a spirit? What do you think they'd want from you?

You might as well stick your head in the toilet and flush, because it will have exactly the same effect - NONE! Sorry, man, but there is no way to communicate with the dead. And anyone telling you otherwise is only after your money.

do a little dempster dumpster diving, which i bet you already do regularly, and retrieve at least 10 soiled maxipads or tampex strips and bring them home and soak them in hot water overnight. in the morning light a candle and drink down the juice. should be about a quart jar. keep your eyes closed at all times. soon, as you sit quietly with you hands over your ears, you will begin to hear things. wait. it takes a while. but wait and the spirits will come and fill your head. it will work. has always worked.

Try a witchy board it might work...But why try to communicate with the dead if there is so many living people around ????

yeah,it's like using candles and turn down the lights.and than sit and be quiet.now call for whichever spirit that you are trying to contact.and than they will come.
