I know you said you didn't want anything off the internet, but "read" me out please. I do a lot of mail order shopping by catalog. I used to periodically get a catalog called "Heartland Music USA". They have almost EVERYTHING in there. I'm CERTAIN that there are Johnny Cash collectibles in there, and I recall that the order number is a 1-800 number. There should be no charge on your phone bill for the call, if you choose to order. I would look up: www@heartlandmusicusa and go from there.
