That's so funny- I dated this guy once for almost a year- he took me out to dinner one night- told me he wanted me to move in with him after graduation (I was a senior in high school at the time) and half an hour later we ran into some chick he went to college with and he introduced me as his sister's friend!! Needless to say, we never moved in together..LMAO

You can introduce your lover to your friend if she and you are comfortable doing so, I tried it without telling my girlfriend and we got into a big fight.
Some women like the little cute nicknames that there boyfriends give them, but some don't it depends on your girlfriend and how ya interact and stuff

The only way I introduce people (and being introduced to...) is by name. No "nickname" or stuff like boyfriend/fiancee/partner etc...

I would want my boyfriend to introduce me as "my girlfriend." Unless we are not in a relationship, then as "my friend" or simply by my first name, not as "some chick"...that's demeaning.

I say: 'Joe, I'd like you to meet my girlfriend Arlene.'
Simple as that.
You don't relate intimate nicknames of your lover to anyone outside of the relationship. That would be dishonorable.

I was going with 3 birds at once and they were all good mates. I took all 3 to my mate's 21st, gee, did that get a few tongues wagging. Oh, and I had nicknames for each:
44C, 42D and 40DD....lol

I introduce him as my boyfriend. I think it's rude to do otherwise!
I don't like being introduced as anything other then his girlfriend or his girl.
