You compare your daily routines few months back and the present. Your sleep depends on that. If you are awake on bed that means either you are not working enough that can make you tired, or you are very much anxious or tensed for some reason. When you sleep well it means you are working hard, have a tension free mind.

Your living in my old hell, I had so many visits to the doctor and all they wanted to do is put me on antidepressants. I am not depressed, a sleep study will help you with this problem more so than any advice, pill or self relaxing technics. Mine revealed that i simply think too much and thank God it was not sleep apnea. Apnea is when you unknowingly stop breathing in your sleep an wake up to breath. Some antidepressants such as Zoloft actually help clear the mind and sleep better. That along with exercise sometimes helps. Me, personally , as much as most doctors don't wanna hear it,,I pop two 1 mg xanax a half hour before bed and i sleep great. Ya might need a cup of coffee when ya get up to dodge the lag, but seriously think healthy first-proper diet, exercise and whatever clears your mind is better than any drug controlling you. I just got sick of nothing else working and losing too much sleep,,,,was makin me crazy. Good luck.

For last few months it did not happen , so good. Do not have heavy dinner at night. Have plenty of water before you retire. A cup of warm milk and an apple could bring sound sleep. Passiflora is good.

take a benadryl before u go to bed and u will be asleep within a half hour.....its the best thing to take because it makes u super drowsy and isnt addictive at all plus its super cheap if u buy the off-brand. Take 50mg.....sleep tight!!

You are not tired enough. Have a busy day, relax at night, and your body will be ready to sleep. Do exercises, or anything, to make it tired.
