I would say that you are pregnant. Any line is a line even if it is faint. I took a First Response HPT a couple of days before I was due to start. There was a very faint line. I was like you and thought I might be seeing things. I even took it to work with me to see if anyone else saw it. They did. I had a Blood test done that evening and it confirmed that it was positive. I would see your Dr. and have a blood test done. I would not waste more money on HPT's. You'll usually get the results the same day. Hope this helps!

You should discard of a pregnancy test after 10 mins of doing it, i would ignore the one with the dark line.
You should leave it until next week to do another test, the faint line could be that the pregnancy hormone (HCG) isn't strong enough yet to be detected.
Pregnancy tests are best done with ur 1st pee in the morning as the hormones are more concentrated.
When i done my 1st pregnancy test with my son , there was a very faint dot so i waited a few more days (until i was over a week late) and it turned out positive with a big pink dot you couldn't miss!
GOOD LUCK!!!

It depends when in your cycle you've taken the test.
The test measures pregnancy hormones which increase as you progress through the pregnancy.
If you've taken the test when your period would normally be due, it may be positive but only a faint line showing. If you wait a few weeks, the test may be more definite.
As you have a faint line, it is likely that you are pregnant. However, take a test in a week's time to make sure.
Good luck - I hope you get the result you want!

If there is even the faintest positive line, then yes you are pregnant. Get yourself a doctor's appt. ASAP. I am 10 weeks pregnant with my second baby and the first two tests I took showed very faint lines. Good luck to you.

first of all, if there's a line, then there's a chance that you are pregnant. second of all, there should be somewhere in the instructions that you shouldn't read the test 10 minutes after you get your results, because the line will get darker.
i suggest you call your dr and set up an appointment after another test, and make sure you do it right.

OMG you are pregnant. Congrats! ANY line no matter how faint means positive. Call the 800 number on the box - they'll tell you the same thing.

If there is a line there after the elapsed time, it is not accurate because evaporation lines can appear. Get a digital test.
