Fortunately or unfortunately,it all depends on your luck whether you will be able to answer or not !!Because you first need to click on the avatar space of the person you want to answer to,then it will take you to his/her profile,then just check ok right hand side of the avatar on the profile if he has enabled any means of communication.If there is,then you have a chance to communicate with the person or nothing can be done else !!

If the answer is selected as best, you can then put a comment after it. If the answer is not selected as best, try clicking on the answerer's profile and see if they are accepting email. If so, send them an email with the reply. It won't be public, as the comment on a best answer would be, but then it does not need to be if the answer is not selected as best, because it will be ignored.

If the person is accepting emails, you can click on their name and send them the response personally. If not, you can always edit your answer to include the response. Otherwise, I've seen people create whole new questions to reply to a certain response - but there is a chance that the person you want to see it won't see it. Good luck!

You click on the avatar or name of the person posting. If that person accepts e-mails, you can click on the person's email address (the blue envelop on the right-hand side of their profile). If the person doesn't accept emails, I guess you could post your request in the response section after the question has been resolved, but be sure to not to hide your comment. The person you'd like to contact, might read your request and respond to you. You need to remember to set your profile to accept emails if you need to follow this option.

You could click on the add details option and write whatever you want about the answers. It's on that plus sign thingy...I think.
