Some churches offer a class called "Divorce Care". It takes you through the steps of how to deal with all these feelings you'll go through. Also there is a counselor there to lead the class and there are others there going through the same thing, so they all can relate to your feelings. It helped me greatly when I went through mine. The class is free and there's no pressure to join the church. Just call some Churches in your area and see if anyone knows where you can go. I know what you're going through and it hurts, but you'll get through it. Keep your chin up!

Maybe there was something you always wanted to do or learn when you were younger, before you met your wife, and that for whatever reason you just never got round to. Throw yourself into that, safe in the knowledge that it will probably lead to other interests and meeting other people. You were a complete person before you met her and you still are so just express yourself through the things that interest you and the rest will follow. Good luck.

Dont go making any other big changes in your life just yet.
It sucks where you are and getting out sucks as well.
But getting out sucks less.
Dont think about new relationships just yet either.
Try to reinvent yourself based on the things you missed when married. Lean to like yourself again. Get a life you are not only comfortable with but happy with. Take it sloooooow.
You are free......not so cool is it? Good luck to you.

Pray for her. Over time, the ill-will you feel for her will hopefully lessen. God Bless:)
