That's a rather open-ended question. Some would say they don't have half a brain. I'm a masogonist so I don't care about the repercussions from my answer.
You'll notice that all the women that have answered your question are immediately on the defensive. That is because the truth hurts and to think that anyone would ask such a question is intolerable and must therefore be insulting them.
I would say that some of them are quite intelligent and are capable of high profile work but most of them aren't capable of pushing a baby chair round a shop without creating havoc.
You can't trust anything that bleeds for 5 days and doesn't die.

Well, as a woman I sometimes wonder what brain I have left as the basics of even remembering what I went upstairs for can elude me, but I have managed to get round the shops and remember how many children I started out with (not that I can usually call them the right name the first time, mind you!) and return with the same number. God! Better check they're the same children!!!
But - and now I have even forgotten the name of the person!!! He's a few answers above anyway and told the joke about Eve needing to be stupid to love a man - or words to that effect - now even as a woman I found that funny! lol!!
I think those taking offence at the inference that woman don't use all thier brain are missing reading between the lines. The question really reads 'Is it true that we (as in human beings) only use half our brain at one time?' but been skilfully altered to annoy women!

Thank God for Ruth's answer. Going through all of these, I was losing hope for humanity. Only ignorant children think we only use 10% (or whatever) of our brain capacity. CAT scans show that each area of the brain will light up when it's in use, and there is no portion that always remains dark. Nonsense about ESP and telekinesis through harnessing "latent brain power" is absurd. If you want to give your brain a workout, go read a book or something.
Oh, and on the tired old "which sex is smarter" routine, if you're going by sheer number of brain cells, brain size, or aggregate IQ, men are smarter. I'd say it's more important what you DO with what you have, though. There's no shortage of idiots on either side of the divide. But I'm sure I'll get tons of thumbs-down just for stating the facts.

Actually all humans only use a small percentage of their brain at any one time...
What we mean by "percentage of brain being used" is percentage of neurones firing at any one time. If you ever did "use" 100% of your brain at the same time then you would be having a massive epileptic fit and would probably die.

Most people use about 10% of their brain, man or woman. Of course, in your case, I would say it is closer to 2%, maybe 3 on a good day.

yup because thats all we need and even though men use the whole thing they are still only smart enough to figure out how to scratch there *** and play with their balls and even then do they look on yahoo! answers on where to get instructions for that
