Try buying a nice shirt and tie with dress pants at J Crew. If that's too pricey I think that they may have something nice at Nordstrom Rack...the Nordstrom brand. Just find a nice shirt and dress pants...wear your shirt tucked in and have a good time.

Try to the wear vertical stripes shirt or t shirts as you are short in height, it will hide your shortness a bit.
As you are thin, then a round neck t shirt and jacket on it will do very well for you.
Get your hairs styles something like Salman Khan, side curled.
Instead of platted trousers always wear without platted denim and non denim trousers with straight pockets.
For Wedding you can go with a low bright colour like light Brown Suit (full suit) with a black bright tie. (Since this is winter season).
Before going to marriage put Gel on your hairs and remain them as undone.....it will increase your look.
And finally wash your face with some mild soap like "Pears" five to six time a days and before going to marriage. It will make your complex a bit fair and keep ur skin smooth.....you will feel lighter.
About Shoes always wear shoes without lesses. Get some Brownish colour or in Black with wide from front side.
