There's a girl at work who I emailed and asked her to have lunch with me next week. She opened the email in the morning but haven't had a reply yet (she hasn't deleted the email). It's a busy time of year so should I ask again in a few days see if she's interested?

Yeah, she may be busy, she may be trying not to seem too easy, or maybe trying to come up with a creative reply back. I know when I am busy at work, I leave the personal emails to later in the day when I have more time to be personal. If she doesn't reply back in a few days follow up with a phone call or stopping by her cube/office. Don't hound her though...if she doesn't want to go, you don't want to be the talk of the office. Good Luck!

She has not replied to your email. How do you know that she has not deleted it? Stop making excuses on her behalf. Doesnt she heve lunch regardless of how busy it is? Her not replying your email is just a polite way of saying no so jus forget about her and move on

I would leave it a while and then mention it verbally to her. If you send another email before she has replied to yours it will look needy and will probably put her off. It's okay to let her know you've been thinking of her but not to the extent that you freak her out. Good Luck

Listen to Tom Lykis he's an expert on getting girls. His advice is not to contact a girl more than once in a week. Below are two links that should help you. The guy has a lot of good advice on dating. He has a radio show.

Maybe you should casually go ask her in person. She's probably busy and hasn't had time to reply.

If she doesn't give you an answer, I would say it is a no. But, you gave it a shot. So, good for you.
