Well, if you're talking about trendy stuff, then just look at what celebs are wearing. Teen mags, etc.
If you're talking about designer (couture and ready to wear), style.com is a good site. Oh, Elie Saab, Armani Prive... How I wish I could afford you. I also think that In Style is a decent hi/low mix magazine of this sort.
If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time on the super trendy stuff (you seem like you're pretty young -- teenager-ish). It'll go out of style before you can buy it. Or it will be super cliche -- ie bubble skirts, tights (dear god, why will they not go away?!) and the like.
Best thing to do is buy some classics that flatter you. Some for your age group: well cut jeans, the denim mini, a couple of nice pairs of pants, some button downs (with darting! a must to flatter the figure), some nice t-shirts, a couple of camis, a denim jacket, a flattering black dress (I really like the knit trend; one that you can dress up with a pretty necklace and dress down with a colorful sash used as a belt). Staples that you will be able to wear from year to year, replacing as they wear out/get boring. Then you can buy a couple of trendy pieces to update from time to time. Most trends are built off of staple pieces anyway.

I don't see why insisting on spending hundreds, thousands od dollars on outfits that you wear once. Dress how you want to and dont depend on the latest trends because they will be done for the next year if not week. Just try Target,Kmart,Walmart, Citi Trends, Forever 21, or stores that have brand name fashions for half if not more of the brand name price!

you can vistit websites to look at the latest trends. they are pretty expensive though. Also just look around when you are out to see what people are wearing. Also wear what you think is hot. not only what people say is the new fashion! I think some of the new styles are so weird.

well i personally like Polo Ralph Lauren, J Crew, any stores like that, that are all preppy. I get my latest fashion from www.seventeen.com Now i know what your thinking "that its so 15 year old" but it really isn't. they have clothes there for everyone. Also their magazine is very helpful and everything is very cheep. that way you don't have to splurge on one dress. I also like Prada, Dolge and gabana, but those are much more expensive so i say, stick to the seventeen unless you are rich. :)

I always look at InStyle magazine for the latest fashion trends. I don't necessarily wear the latest trends, just what looks good on me. What works for some, may not work on you.

i imagine she's a way diva most of the circumstances. yet each from time to time it sounds like she's suffering to maintain the finished 'eccentric trend diva' image and she comes for the period of as attempting too difficult.
