i dont watch the news daily because i really don't have the time : i'm a student and i havent turned on the tv for over a month.
if i did have the time i would watch it for general news but not too frequently as it's so depressing! i do read the newspaper or the online news as often as i can beccuase i think its best to stay informed and not be ignorant to the world.

I have my big screen tv hooked up to my computer where i have a split screen where fox news, msnbc, cnn and the weather channel are all going at once. However, I only here the content of any particular network by clicking on it.
I like to keep informed on what's transpiring in the world. I usually begin around 730am each morning, after having read my local newspaper online, visited the ap and reuters websites and various other news source websites online.
What i've noticed is this, fox news and msnbc tend to over embellish the facts. I've always found it amazing over the years that journalists have a very difficult problem with reporting the actual facts on any story.

in basic terms for the climate Forecasts (usually because of the fact I stay close to the Gulf Coast -- this is hurricane Season!). I turn it off because of the fact of BIAS, Repetition, STUPIDITY of Celebrities (getting loose exposure through their inane antics and addictions) ... and so on and so on and so on. (besides -- there is often the papers, the internet, and somewhat making my own observations, doing my own learn that retains me recommended).
