The point of a catsuit, particularly in PVC, is to make the body appear as a long unbroken line. Knee boots would cut you off at the mid point of your leg and ruin that appearance. Thigh boots are also meant to appear as a long unbroken line to elongate the leg, and would better suit the outfit.
The wrong thigh boots would be as bad as knee boots, however. Leather boots look awful with PVC, and PVC thigh boots with all sorts of D-rings and laces detract from the simplicity that makes the look of the catsuit so appealing. This company used to make a pair of wonderful PVC boots in this exact style (I almost bought them once), but now they only have them in rubber.

I've seen lots of PVC on parade in the NYC clubs, and think that this style is the perfect look with a catsuit. Whether you have or can find them in PVC, or agree, is another matter altogether.

Whatever choice you make I'm sure you will look great. I am so jealous that my days for wearing fun cloths like that are gone and when they're gone, believe me. Though I could drag my old hots pants out of the trunk and give the grand kids a good laugh at Christmas...no perhaps not the eighteen year old would die of embarrassment.

WOW, I don't think you can go wrong with either choice. I would make the boots the same colour and material as the catsuit though.
Sounds like it will look hot.
Another suggestion, try a latex catsuit...you will love it!!

Knee boots, that way you will show off the shape of your legs better. Thigh boots tend to mislead the eye into thinking a girl has fat thighs, when it isn't so.

Seriously though, I think a pair of "stripper stilletos" would do the trick. But boots? Hrm... Go with the knee-high.

What color is the catsuit? I'd say no boots, I'd wear stiletto pumps instead.
