A few months ago i was going out with this girl, we never had sex but we did do other things. We broke up a few months ago and she is going out with this other guy now. She has not done any thing with this guy. She has not had her period in 3 months. I feel worried that she might be pregnant but i really cant see how she could be. Her period has been unregular before but only by a week or so. Does any one know any thing that could make this not seem like a pregnancy??

A woman normally menstruates every 23 to 35 days.. she might be suffering from amenorrhea (a woman of child bearing age fails to menstruate). my longest amenorrhea was even like 6 months!...
there could be a lot of reasons for amenorrhea in ur x gf's case and these are the following:
> Stopping birth control pills
> Use of a long-acting progesterone, such as Depo-Provera, for birth control
> Tumors of the pituitary gland, especially prolactinomas
> Polycystic ovary disease, a condition that causes abnormal levels of estrogen, luteinizing hormone and other hormones
> Endocrine disorders such as Cushing's syndrome, in which there are very high levels of cortisol, an adrenal hormone, or hyperthyroidism, abnormally high levels of thyroid hormone
> Emotional or physical stress
> Rapid weight loss
> Obesity
> Frequent strenuous exercise
> Chronic (long-term) illness, such as colitis, kidney failure or cystic fibrosis
> Chemotherapy for cancer
> Cysts or tumors in the ovaries

it is more likely to occur in women who exercise very intensely or who increase the intensity of exercise rapidly. Women who engage in sports associated with lower body weight, such as ballet dancing or gymnastics, are more likely to develop amenorrhea than women in other sports.

she could also have pseudocyesis. its like false pregnancy more on like the power of thinking. ur body will totally change and all as if ur pregnant.

i suggest you should check with your doctor to rule out pregnancy or any health problems...

I'd either run lie the wind or get a good lawyer if you don't want a kid!
Basically if you two engaged in activity where your sperm came into contact with her genitals- there is a likelihood she may be pregnant.

It could, however, be the case that she was seeing someone while she was with you and had unprotected intercourse with that other someone (maybe even her current lover) and therefore that person impregnated her.
Also, and this is a real long shot, she may have deliberately kept your semen, and self-impregnated for entrapment purposes. Women are extra devious these days, sunshine, so always be on your toes!
I'd take her to the gyno and have it checked out even just for health's sake- women's plumbing is always faulty! It could be something very serious such as ectopic pregnancy.

If she is pregnant- I strongly recommend a paternity test, rather than simply assume fatherhood on the basis hear-say and very shaky circumstantial evidence such as timetabling- many paternity tests have shown that happily married men are commonly not the father of some of their children- so keep that one in mind too before she tries to feck up your life with bogus paternity claims.
She may indeed also claim you're the father because your good father material, not necessarily because you were the biological father.
Best of luck mate and buy a decent pair of runners- you can hide-out in my place if you want!

She could have cheated on you. There is also another possibility.

Is she an exercise nut? A friend of mine did not have her period for 5 months, she exercises a lot and her body fat percentage may have gotten too low. Her hormones may have also been affected by her strenuous activity also.

Is she very skinny? Not necessarily being an exercise nut can make you miss your period. Being very skinny, and possibly anorexic can make you miss your period.

Has she had any health problems? She may have other things wrong with her that could be worse than being pregnant.

All in all, she should really see a doctor. That is the best thing.

There are a lot of reasons a girl might lose her period besides pregnancy. Stress, weight loss, and weight gain are only a few of them. Is it possible she has started a birth control? Some, like depo-provera, can stop your periods from coming at all (of course, these CAN lead to future infertility, unfortunately)
Do you know if she has taken a pregnancy test? I would suggest one be taken just to rule it out...she should also see her gynocologist to rule out any other problems she might have.

Very simple answer to this question! If you havent had intercourse with her then theres no way possible for this to be ur child (if she is infact pregnant) Many women go through multiple changes and late/missed periods can be the after effect of lots of things from Stress to lack of exercise! Maybe shes still stressed that she's finsihed with you or maybe shes' going through difficulties in her new realationship... By the details you've provided there aint no way she's pregnant by ur child!

If you did not have sex with her or your sperm did not come in any contact with her vagina, there is no way she is pregnant, from YOU at least.
She could just be late. Why are you learning all these details about her period and all anyway and are you really sure its true? Are you really sure shes not doing anything with this other guy.

Do not be naive, if there is no way she can be pregnant from you, shes not, end of story. Even if she is you can always find out if shes lying or not.

Congratulations! your gonna be a daddy!
If you never had sex she cant be pregnant.
dont worry sometimes if a woman is under stress or working a lot,it doesnt come on time, sometimes it takes ages.
Nothing to worry about, but just to be sure, let her take a pregnancy test.
Good luck :)
