The EPL makes the most revenue since it's the most popular and arguable the best of all. It gets a lot more publicity than the Serie A and La Liga mostly because most of the developed world speaks English.

Spanish La Liga, it's the richest and MOST entertaining, it's WAY better than the English premiership, the spanish league has clubs that have great players, they play well and it's just more entertaining!

I'd say possibly Qatar - as daft as it sounds the people who own the clubs are all rich sheiks and oil barons and are worth billions! Plus it's normally where all the old players who're almost 40 can still play earn as much as they did in Europe if not more. Perfect example is Marcel Desailly
