smash up evertything in ur room to the music. Go out and tip a 4 litre tin of paint throughout your car........punch holes in the walls and for the finale put ur head thru the window glass (try not to sever the jugular vein). If you are still angry just think how angry you'll be tomorow when u realise eveything u own is wrecked! repeat this process if neccessary on friends and neighbours stuff. This should inspire you to a new level of calm eventually when you realise being angry is just a waste of energy.

ohh you are ready to take someone or something on! LOL I would say change the music for one thing to something upbeat...go do something creative, dance sing anything...take a long hot bubble bath afterwards...do something good for you and forget the stuff you read...I know I am guilty of doing that a time or two...get your mind on something else.

Channelise your energy in doing something constructive.... try some crafts...or try making hand made Christmas cards for family...they would love it..and it's easy.
