Yep, been on two: one was ok, other was utter crap. But anyway, if you want to make sure that yours stays to just one date, then follow my tips:

- stand up every 10 min. walk around the table pretending to be a plane
- tell him/her all about your previous relations, don't skip details
- tell him/her all about your diseases, esp. those you got from having unprotected sex
- take your shoes off and smell your socks
- let him/her smell them also
- start humming the twilight zone theme every time your date tries to talk about him/herself
- make animal sounds every now and than , look around like you are very surprised that someone would do such a thing.

if your date still wants to go out with you, he/she is either blind or pretty desperate.

Now you got me started......

When I was 16 I went on a blind date my brothers had set me up with this guy....
It was so terrible i never felt so shy in my life this guy had a little problem with his weight but not seriously we went to a restaurant at that night and he couldn't stop touching me I hated it when some stranger touches me continuously but in anyway I hate it when someone has got bad table manners this guy ordered our food and couldn't stop licking his fingers after each rib when he laughed his mouth was still full with food that is so disgracefully
and we got lost on the road on our way to my house
My Brothers can be glad I didn't kill them for that!

I've never felt like trying really. You are courageous, aren't you? Wish you luck!
BTW, my best friend is getting married to a blind date her roommates arranged for her two years ago :)

Only ever went on one, he was vile, greasy hair, grubby t'shirt and dirt under his fingernails, I went to the loo and climbed out of the window, walked half a mile to the nearest phone box and got my brother to come pick me up, hope you have a great date and yours turns out to be a good experience.
