All I know is that Dr. Spok went on to be a successful author on how to raise children ... my mom had all of his books!

You mean Star Trek, not Star Wars. They're both good characters. Sulu was a supporting role. Mr. Spock was a primary role and thus a much more highly-developed character.

First off, those are Star Trek characters.
Second of all, Dr. Spock was never a character on the show. Mr. Spock was.
The difference you ask:
Dr. Benjamin McLean Spock was a pediatrician who studied psychoanalysis of children as well. He was born in 1903 and died in 1998.
Mr. Spock is a Star Trek Character portrayed by Leonrad Nimoy, an actor. He was born in 1931 and is still alive.
But, to answer what I think you meant in your question, I haven't seen a lot of Star Trek, but I have met George Tekai, the actor who played him, a few times and he is very nice! He did a really convincing job playing Sulu, a human physicist.

Honey, these are not Star Wars characters, rather they appeared regularly on Star Trek television series. Also, Spock wasn't called a doctor, nor did he hold any such title. He was a Vulcan and was called 'Mr. Spock' by Kirk, or just plain 'Spock' by Dr. McCoy

I think your talking about Star Trek. The Dr. was just to cool. Peace be with you! Captain Kirk was my favorite. He would screw anything across the galaxy. He was a player. LOL

Dr Spock is a writer. which has nothign to do with star trek.
Mr Sulu was a officer on the enterprise.
so out of your choices it would be sulu.
