I've tried party shop after party shop, and also tried online, but the only electric pumps I've flound are REALLY expensive.... HELP??

Try...walmart, kmart, or where ever they sell camping or rv type stuff or automotive stuff. You can find an array of inexpensive pumps the inflate tires and has an adapter to inflate balls or portable air tanks.

Party shops will keep only party items. Step into an electric shop and ask for a pump. A number of varieties are available now a days. If, for any reason, it is unavailable in the electric shop, go into a mill store. in the unlikely event of not getting your desired product even in that shop, confindently write to your nearest balloon manufacturing factory. Surely they will arrange one for u.

Usually any good sized hardware store should have small compressors. WalMart or a place like that probably has them as well.
