It seems that all the "peace activists" in the Western world are against defending the human rights of others in 3rd world countries. I think "peace activists" need to go and live in countries that are ruled by cruel dictators and terrorists.

They work for the enemy 24/7. They have no real concept of how the world really works, just their fantasy about ideals, peace, love, and happiness. When our enemies land on our shores in battalion strength and burn their homes, these same people will decry the government for help to, "do something," and ask, "How could they let this happen to me!?"

The majority of peace activists really believe in their cause and do not believe that they are aiding the enemy. The problem is that because they are adverse to any military action whatsoever it causes them to deny basic facts regarding human interaction. They view the world through pacifist eyes which delude them into believing that everyone really thinks like they do and if we could just have a little more compassion and understanding there would be no war. The fact that wars have been occurring since the beginning of time escapes them. The fact that despots and dictators want power and do not care who they trample on or destroy to get it eludes them. They challenge their own government because it is easier to attack a rational mindset than be forced to face the irrational honestly. They are feel good types who believe that everyone can just get along even though all evidence to contrary proves otherwise. They do indeed aid the enemy, not so much by collusion, but rather by appeasement. However, as hard as it might be to swallow, we do not need these people. We all need reminders of compassion and we all need to be reminded that sometimes restraint is the better course to follow. There are always dangers of becoming more tyrannical in your goals than that which you are fighting against. We should all strive for peace, but we also have to understand that you cannot have lasting peace without the threat of force.

Peace activists want peace. We all want peace but sometimes the price of peace is war. The only peace that the peace activists are preaching is the peace of the grave.

Unfortunately they are not the ones who have to pay for it. It's too bad the army cannot designate an area they will protect and ask peace activists to move out to another area.

It's hard to tell who is actually for what or if they are all the same bad guys with the same finaciers for their demonstrations.

The Seirra Club has been an environmental agency, supposedley looking out for the welfare of Americans. By their own adminssions, they have been instrumental in helpg illegal aliens get here and stay. Reasons: To show what it is like to live in an over-populated country, the stress on the environment and lack of birth control. Ludicrous to say the very least as Americans are doing with less and less as the bills continually go up.
