He has some of Charles's features, but I think he looks more like Diana's side of the family.

Harry looks more like the Spencer side of the family than the Windsor side

He has Diana's nose, the Spencer's red hair and is very similar to Diana's sister (Sarah, I believe) around the eyes.
Diana n James Hewitt met about 2 yrs AFTER Harry was born. In case this was what u were alluding to.
